The development

In addition to the residential component, we are also introducing a new high-quality retail unit to the neighborhood. This space will offer modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Development details

The development will take approximately 10 months starting in Winter of 2023

Whilst all care will be taken to keep disruption to a minimum we do ask for patience as we undertake this significant build that will require an increase in traffic as we knock down the building and rebuild it

Phase 1 - Winter 2023 - Demolition - The site will be completely demolished

Phase 2 - Winter 2024 - The new timber framed building will arrive, be craned onto site and assembled

Phase 3 - Spring 2024 - The roof will go on and windows installed making the building watertight. Internal works start

Phase 4 - Summer 2024 - External brickwork and completion

Minimising impact during construction

There will be hoarding erected around the site, deliveries will take place on Esdelle street.

The council has requested that they remove the two parking spaces on Esdele street opposite the site and we close the pavement adjacent to the site on Esdelle street

The site will be kept in a clean and safe condition. The areas adjacent to the site will be regularly inspected and any site rubbish removed. The adjacent road and pavement will be kept clean. The perimeter hoarding will be repainted from time to time and will be kept in a neat and tidy condition. Any graffiti will be quickly removed from hoardings.
